Golf Simulator & Usage Policy
Reservations
To ensure availability and a quality experience for all members and guests, advance reservations are required to use the golf simulator.
Advance Booking:

All sessions must be booked in advance and can be made online, by phone, or via email at booking@vtxclub.com
Walk-In Use:

Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability and possible wait times.
Booking Window:

Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance. To ensure a smooth experience, we encourage early booking, especially during peak hours.
Cancellations:

Bookings may be cancelled at any time in advance with no penalty.
Late Arrival:

Reservations will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

After 15 minutes, the room will be released to others

If arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled end time. Example: A 2:00 PM booking will end at 3:00 PM, even if you arrive at 2:15 PM.
Additional Time:

If your session extends beyond the reserved or included time, additional time may be permitted depending on availability. All time extensions are charged in full-hour increments (for example, going 10 minutes over will count as a full hour).

Extensions are only allowed if no one else is waiting or has a reservation for that simulator. Please confirm with staff before continuing to ensure the space is still available.

This policy applies to both members and non-members.
Guests:
Day Pass Guests

Each day pass reservation includes entry for up to 2 people. Additional guests are welcome at $10 per person, with a maximum of 4 people per simulator reservation.
Member Guests

Members can bring up to 4 guests per golf session. Any additional guests beyond the included allowance will be charged $10 per person.

Guests must remain with the member during the entire session, and must be checked in with staff before play begins.

If you're planning to bring more than the standard number of guests, please let our team know in advance so we can help accommodate your group.
Equipment Use
Personal Clubs:

Members and guests are welcome to bring personal golf clubs for use in the golf rooms. All personal clubs are the sole responsibility of the member or guest, and the club is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft.
Club-Provided Equipment:

The club provides golf clubs for members and guests to use at no additional charge. All borrowed equipment must be handled with care. Any damage or loss of these clubs will be charged at full replacement value.
Definition of Equipment:

Equipment includes, but is not limited to: golf clubs, golf simulator hardware (launch monitors, sensors, cameras, projectors, computers, screens, nets, mats, etc.), and furniture or fixtures located in the simulator rooms.
Damage & Liability:

Any damage to simulator equipment, screens, computers, projectors, or related technology caused by members or guests will result in charges for full repair or replacement costs.

Members and guests must follow staff instructions regarding proper simulator use. Misuse of clubs, swinging outside of designated hitting zones, or tampering with simulator equipment is strictly prohibited.

Any issue with equipment (malfunction, damage noticed, etc.) must be reported to staff immediately. Failure to report may result in liability for damage fees.
