1. Eligibility:  You must meet the eligibility criteria as defined by VTX Club to become a member.

2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process. This includes but is not limited to your name, contact information, and any other requested details.

3. Referrer Information: During the registration process, you are required to provide the name of your referrer. This information is crucial for processing your application.

4. Account Activation: Upon successful application approval, your account will be activated, granting you access to the VTX Club platform.

5. Use of VTX Club Platform: You agree to use the VTX Club platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not engage in any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical activities.

6. Content Ownership: Any content you upload or submit to the VTX Club platform remains your property. However, by providing content, you grant VTX Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute it.

7. Privacy and Data Protection: VTX Club is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Communication: By signing up, you agree to receive communications from VTX Club, which may include newsletters, updates, and important announcements.
