1. Membership Period: Monthly memberships are valid until the date of your current billing cycle ends, which corresponds to the day you became a member. For example, if you joined on July 15, your membership will be valid until August 14. At that time, your membership will automatically renew for another one month period.

 

2. Cancellation Policy: Members can cancel their monthly membership at anytime. However, please note that if you cancel after your billing date, you will be responsible for the full month's membership fee.

 

3. Non-Refundable Activation Fee: The activation fee is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation timing. We encourage members to consider their commitment carefully before joining our club.

 

4. Membership Rights During Membership Period: Even if you cancel your membership, you can continue to enjoy all the membership benefits and privileges until the end of your current month's membership period. This allows you to make the most of your membership until the deadline.

 

5. Release of Liability and Indemnification: I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my membership in VTX Club and do hereby release and forever discharge VTX Club, LLC, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, representatives, for any physical injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my membership and activities in VTX Club. Further, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless VTX Club against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or anyone on my behalf.
