Billing

Recurring Charges:
All memberships are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew using the payment method provided at the time of sign-up.
First Payment Includes:
- A one-time, non-refundable initiation fee, if applicable.
- The first month’s membership dues
- A 3% credit card processing fee (applies to each transaction)
Ongoing Billing:
After the first charge, only the monthly membership fee plus applicable processing fees will be billed automatically each month.
Processing / Service Fees
For all payments made online or through our website, a 3% credit card processing fee will be applied. In our payment system, this will appear as a “Service Fee” on your receipt. This fee applies to each online transaction, including initiation fees, monthly dues, event tickets, and other purchases.

Cancellation

How to Cancel:
To cancel your membership, please contact us at membership@vtxclub.com prior to your next billing date.
Effect of Cancellation:
After cancellation, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid period. No partial-month refunds will be issued.
Non-Refundable Fees:
The initiation fee and all previously paid membership dues are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Rejoining After Cancellation:
If a member chooses to rejoin after cancellation, a new initiation fee will be required. This applies even to those who previously had their initiation fee waived as part of a promotion or special offer.

Corporate Membership Cancellation

Primary Member Role:
In a Corporate Membership, if the Primary Member cancels or is removed, all associated Corporate Members will also be canceled.
Reactivation:
To resume Corporate Membership, a new membership application must be submitted, and applicable fees will apply.

Guests

All guests must be accompanied by a member at all times and must agree to all club rules and policies upon signing in with a staff member.
VTX Club is a 21+ club. Members are fully responsible for ensuring that their guests meet the age requirement and conduct themselves respectfully while on club premises.
For groups larger than these limits or for special occasions, please contact us to arrange a reservation in advance.

Bookings & Guest Access

Members must make advance reservations to use the golf simulator, private rooms, or any other reservable club facilities. Bookings are available exclusively for the member’s own use, cannot be made for or transferred to friends or non-members, even if the member does not plan to attend.
All facility usage is subject to availability. We encourage booking early, especially during weekends and peak hours.

Humidor Credits

Members enrolled in a membership tier that includes Humidor Credits will receive $75 in Humidor Credits upon sign-up and at each monthly renewal.

Humidor Credits are issued as five (5) individual $15 coupons and may be applied toward eligible cigar and merch purchases at checkout.

Coupons may be used individually or combined toward a qualifying purchase.
Any remaining balance on a coupon is forfeited. No cash value, credit, or refund will be provided for unused portions of a coupon. For example, a $15 coupon applied to a $14 purchase will not result in a $1 credit or refund.
If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the coupon(s) applied, the member is responsible for paying the remaining balance.
Humidor Credits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Unused Humidor Credits expire at the end of each membership month and do not roll over or accumulate.
Humidor Credits have no cash value and are valid only while the membership remains active.

Monthly Cigar

Members whose membership includes a Monthly Complimentary Cigar benefit will receive one (1) complimentary cigar following each membership renewal. The cigar will be added to the member's designated cigar storage within ten (10) days of renewal.

Complimentary cigars are selected by the Club and may not be exchanged for another cigar or for cash value.
Members may accumulate up to three (3) complimentary cigars in their designated cigar storage.
Once the three-cigar limit has been reached, any newly issued complimentary cigar will replace the oldest unredeemed complimentary cigar in storage.
Upon cancellation or termination of membership, any complimentary cigars remaining in the member's designated cigar storage must be picked up within seven (7) days of the membership end date. Any unredeemed complimentary cigars remaining after the seven-day period will be forfeited and returned to Club inventory.
Complimentary cigars have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are available only while the membership remains active.

Membership Usage & Transferability

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom they are issued. Personal memberships (including Gold and Black memberships) may not be shared or used by anyone other than the registered member. Members are required to present their membership QR code and valid ID when accessing member-only areas or claiming benefits.

The only exception applies to Corporate Memberships:

Corporate Memberships are issued to a registered business entity and may include one Primary Member and up to four approved Corporate Members.
Additional Corporate Members beyond the included number may be added for an additional monthly fee per member.
While Corporate Members may vary over time, all designated individuals must have a clear affiliation with the company, such as being employees, partners, owners, or officers. Proof of affiliation is required at the time of registration or upon request.
The Primary Member under a Corporate Membership may not assign or share their access or benefits with other individuals or Corporate Members.

Misuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Release of Liability and Indemnification

I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my membership in VTX Club and do hereby release and forever discharge VTX Club, LLC, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, representatives, for any physical injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my membership and activities in VTX Club. Further, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless VTX Club against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or anyone on my behalf.
